Mr. Zhang specializes in securities financing, M&A, equity investment, asset management.

In the area of M&A and financing, Mr. Zhang provided investment and financing legal services for many listed companies to assist listed companies to complete more than 30 various types of investment, mergers and acquisitions and financing projects.

In the area of equity investment, Mr. Zhang has assisted several clients to complete equity investment projects with a total amount of over 5 billion, including: power development, logistics, shipbuilding, fine chemicals, new energy, air transportation, electromechanical manufacturing, etc. Mr. Zhang has also assisted a number of clients to make cumulative investments of over $20 billion and has accumulated extensive practical experience in the field of equity investment.
