Mr. Zhou specializes in securities and investment finance.

Mr. Zhou mainly provides legal services for equity financing and transactions such as initial public offering of domestic A shares, listing on the National Small and Medium Enterprises Stock Transfer System, refinancing, major asset restructuring, etc. and has extensive practical experience in various types of corporate investment and M&A.

Mr. Zhou provides legal services to a number of listed companies on the Main Board, Small and Medium-sized Board, National Stock Exchange System and the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and has acted as the issuer's counsel for many companies under their initial public offerings.
