Counseling clients ranging from biotech start-ups to pharmaceutical companies, structures and negotiates complex collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate partnering and licensing transactions, as well as equity investments and initial public offerings (IPOs). In addition to pharma, biotech, medical device, diagnostics companies, and health care provider , Ms. Tong advises private equity and venture capital focusing on life science industry. She also advises and assists clients in outbound and inbound business transactions in traditional manufacturing sectors 

Ms. Tong also involved in most major U.S. /EU anti-dumping and countervailing proceedings against China since 2004, and other jurisdictions as well. Ms. Tong has delivered successful results for Chinese exporters/producers in numerous AD/CVD cases.
