Mr. Jiang specializes in administrative law, real estate and corporate.

Mr. Jiang has extensive experience in the areas of construction and real estate, administrative law and corporate.

In the field of construction and real estate, Mr. Jiang has acted for dozens of real estate litigation cases with significant and complex cases, and provided legal services for many famous real estate enterprises; in the field of administrative law, Mr. Jiang has acted as the permanent legal adviser of many important government agencies, and has acted for a large number of administrative litigation and administrative reconsideration cases in planning, construction, real estate, land, taxation, industry and commerce, environmental protection, etc., and has acted as the special legal adviser of many key projects in Hangzhou. In corporate law, he has acted as the permanent legal adviser to many famous companies and represented them in a dispute over equity rights with an amount of RMB 900 million.

Mr. Jiang holds a Bachelor of Law degree as well as a Master degree in Business Administration from Zhejiang University.
