Mr. Liu specializes in finance, securities, M&A restructuring and private equity financing.

Mr. Liu has extensive practical experience in the area of securities and has hosted numerous major securities projects, including domestic and overseas stock offerings and listings, shell listings, major asset restructuring of listed companies and restructuring of companies to be listed. Mr. Liu Bin also has extensive practical experience in the area of M&A and restructuring. Mr. Liu also has extensive experience in real estate and finance and has been involved in dozens of real estate and bond financing and investment projects.
