Mr. Wang has extensive practical experience in the area of foreign investment and is one of the earliest attorneys in Zhejiang Province to provide legal services for foreign investment business. He has provided professional legal services for a number of multinational companies such as Merck & Co Inc, Motorola Inc, Otis Elevator Company, Toshiba Corporation, Fuji Company and other investment projects in China, and also participated in the joint venture projects of Hong Kong Airport and Xiaoshan Airport.

Mr. Wang is also experienced in the area of dispute resolution. He has hosted cases of great influence in China, including the case of golf course land dispute, the case of the widow of a shareholder who jumped off a building suing a securities company, thecase of Casio calculator dispute, the case of Zhang Daqian painting auction, the series of cases of  Wahaha and Danone dispute, which have won high praise from the industry and the parties. At the same time, Mr. Wang has also presided over numerous arbitration cases as an arbitrator of the China International Trade Arbitration Commission.

In addition, Mr. Wang also has extensive experience in the capital market area. He is one of the earliest attorneys in Zhejiang Province to obtain the qualification of securities legal services, and has participated in the restructuring and stock issuance projects of many listed companies such as Wanxiang Qianchao Co.Ltd, Baida Group Co.,Ltd., Eastern Communications Co., Ltd., Huadong Medicine Co.Ltd., Sunyard Co.,ltd, Wolong Technology Co.Ltd, etc. He also serves as an independent director or supervisor of Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd., JSG company, and Engineering the Future Co. Ltd.

Mr. Wang graduated from Jiangxi Normal University in 1982 with a bachelor's degree in history and graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 1998 with a postgraduate course.
