Mr. Jiang specializes in securities issuance and listing, private equity funds, corporate governance, investment and M&A, corporate business restructuring, corporate restructuring and reorganization, dispute resolution in commodity trading.

Mr. Jiang has provided corporate legal practice for many large companies in China, and has extensive experience in the areas of private equity fund establishment and fund raising, corporate governance, investment and M&A, corporate business restructuring, corporate restructuring and reorganization, and dispute resolution in commodity trading. 

With his leading market experience and unique understanding of private equity fund raising and investment, industrial investment and M&A, Mr. Jiang has been involved in numerous high-profile projects in the investment and financing and M&A areas. Mr. Jiang has also been involved in numerous litigation cases in the commodities trading sector. During his tenure as a senior executive of private equity funds, he led the investor relations, risk management and direct investment departments of private equity funds, and led the team to complete the fund raising of billions of RMB funds and establish the internal control and risk management system of the funds, and implemented many major investment projects in infrastructure, new materials, consumer goods, biomedical and other segments of growth companies and pre-IPO companies. He has implemented major investment projects in infrastructure, new materials, consumer goods, biopharmaceuticals and other growth and pre-IPO companies.

Education background

Mr. Jiang holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University and graduated from a postgraduate course of Economics of Fudan University in 2006, and attended the International Law Institute in USA from July to December 2006.

Mr. Jiang’s working language is Mandarin Chinese and English.

Working experience

Mr. Jiang has been practicing law in T&C Law Firm since 1999, and has served as an attorney and partner of T&C Law Firm, a partner of King & Wood Mallesons, a vice president of BOC Investment Zhejiang Industrial Fund Management Co.
