Mr. Xu specializes in infrastructure, construction and real estate, corporate business, investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, industrial relations, and litigation and arbitration in civil and commercial disputes (including securities and futures disputes).

Mr. Xu has provided professional legal services to more than 100 real estate enterprises, served more than 100 major projects including domestic and cross-border investment cooperation, trust financing, domestic and overseas bond issuance, overseas red-chip listing, domestic and overseas M&A, large-scale infrastructure projects, etc. He has handled more than 100 difficult and complex civil and commercial disputes (including securities and futures disputes). He has accumulated 10 years of specialised teaching and practical experience in labour law and is a specialist in industrial relations.

He graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a postgraduate course.
