Mr. Xu specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, especially in handling high-end, difficult, and complex disputes, and has over 20 years of legal practice experience. Since practicing law in 1999, Mr. Xu has represented a large number of second instance and retrial cases in the Supreme People's Court and the High People's Court, and the cumulative number of cases handled has reached tens of billions of RMB.
