Ms. Chen specializes in M&A, bankruptcy and liquidation, matrimonial and family matters, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.

In the area of corporate, Ms. Chen acts as permanent and special legal advisor to companies and has accumulated rich practical experience in corporate governance, risk prevention and control, commercial negotiation, equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, etc. 

In the area of matrimonial and family matters, Ms. Chen has developed his own unique insights through handling a large number of litigation cases and non-litigation legal matters, such as divorce, family separation and inheritance.

In the area of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, Ms. Chen has handled a large number of contract disputes, economic disputes, equity disputes and other types of cases, which have maximized the protection of the legal rights of the parties.

Education background

Ms. Chen graduated from Guangxi University for Nationalities with a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages. Then she studied for an on-the-job master's degree in civil and commercial law at Renmin University of China.

Ms. Chen’s working language is Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
