Mr. Zhao specializes in corporate equity, real estate, construction, contracts, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and criminal defence in the crossover category of civil and criminal matters.

Mr. Zhao has excellent performance and rich litigation skills in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, especially in the areas of corporate equity disputes, construction disputes, contract disputes, etc. Since 2008, Mr. Zhao has successfully handled over 100 litigation cases and non-litigation projects in the above areas. He and his team have won the trust of many clients and the recognition of the society.

Mr. Zhao graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree in International Economic Law in 2001.
