Mr. Li specializes in criminal defence, property development, commercial property and property management, commercial litigation.

Mr. Li has undertaken many difficult and complex cases, especially in commercial real estate property, real estate development and corruption, bribery, and other office crime defence. Mr. Li provides policy consultation, economic data analysis, feasibility study and legal services for real estate development, construction, and sales, and has rich practical experience in commercial property management and commercial real estate leasing.

Mr. Li has provided permanent and special legal services for many enterprises, and has a logical, legal and experience basis for handling unexpected events, equity and contract disputes and debt restructuring. Mr. Li = provides legal analysis and professional advice to enterprises, protects the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises in property, debts and intellectual property, safeguards and protects the personal property of entrepreneurs and prevents criminal risks.

Education background

Mr. Li graduated from the Law School of Tianjin University with a Bachelor of Laws degree and obtained a Master of Laws degree from the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law.
