Ms. Chen specializes in M&A, private equity and fund establishment.

Ms. Chen has participated in and led a number of large-scale M&A projects for domestic and foreign clients, including acquisitions of Chinese private companies by multinational companies, the establishment of joint ventures with Chinese private or state-owned companies and strategic investments in Chinese listed companies, as well as overseas investment projects by well-known domestic companies.  In the area of private equity investment, Ms. Chen has represented a number of well-known VC and PE funds in their investments in growth companies in the biomedical, cultural and entertainment, consumer goods, and smart manufacturing sectors; in the area of fund establishment, Ms. Chen has participated in the establishment, fund raising and fund compliance of RMB funds for a number of well-known private equity funds; and in the area of government-led funds. In the field of fund establishment, Ms. Chen has participated in the establishment, fund raising and fund compliance of a number of well-known private equity funds and the establishment of high-tech business incubators led by government guidance funds, and has accumulated rich practical experience and unique understanding in the field of fund establishment.
