Since practicing started from 2005, Mr. Zheng has been deeply engaged and experienced in the legal services of international trade and maritime affairs. Taking advantage of the experience of providing in-depth legal advisory services for many export-oriented enterprises, Mr. Zheng is qualified with profound expertise, excellent organization and coordination ability, good understanding of professional and innovation ability, and can deeply understand the characteristics of the industries and provides enterprises with highly practical comprehensive solutions in the field of risk control and compliance with the perspective of business and financial management.

In the field of non-litigation, Mr. Zheng is providing in-depth legal advisory services to more than 60 export-oriented enterprises, and is experienced in import and export business risk control, regulatory compliance of foreign exchange/tax/customs, restructuring of state-owned enterprise investment projects, risk assessment and risk control management of major export projects, and legal risk control of commodity import and export.

In the field of dispute resolution, Mr. Zheng has represented a large number of complex and difficult cases by comprehensive proposals, and is also experienced in overseas litigation and arbitration in North America, the European Union, Russia, Africa, and the overseas arbitration institutions involving LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, CMAC, CIETAC, and SHIAC.

In the field of overseas investment, Mr. Zheng is skilled in providing full-process services for enterprises' overseas investment as the main project manager, including investment due diligence, legal evaluation, structure design, drafting and review of transaction documents, project process control, cross-border procurement of factory construction and production equipment, and post-investment management.

In the field of maritime affairs, Mr. Zheng has handled more than 200 maritime cases, and the clients mainly include shipping companies, insurance companies, banks, port enterprises, offshore engineering companies, fishery companies, international freight forwarders, foreign trade enterprises, etc.

Educational Background

Mr. Zheng holds a Bachelor of Laws degree as well as a Master degree in International Law from Ningbo University and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
