Mr. Xu specializes in dispute resolution in real estate development, construction engineering, investment and M&A.

Mr. Xu has provided long-term legal counsel to a number of large listed real estate developers in Ningbo, including China Vanke Co.,Ltd., China Jinmao, Longfor Group, China Resources Land, Gemdale Group, Midea Real Estate and China Railway Construction Group. He has extensive practical experience in the area of real estate development and construction projects, representing more than one hundred cases of litigation in various courts in Ningbo.
