Mr. Xie specializes in Commercial litigation and arbitration, compliance, intellectual property dispute, competition and trade secret.

With more than 14 years of practice, Mr. Xie has extensive experience in dispute resolution, corporate compliance, intellectual property and cyber security for multinational corporations. He is also committed to providing comprehensive legal support to successful and emerging TMT companies such as Mobike, Bilibili, Mango Excellent Media, Ant Financial, Yunji and Airbnb.

Education background

Mr. Xie holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Fudan University and an LLM in Administrative Law from Zhejiang University.

Mr. Xin’s working language is Mandarin Chinese and English.
