Ms. Huang specializes in Private equity funds, securities issuance and listing, commodity trade dispute resolution.

Ms. Huang has extensive practical experience in the securities and investment and has been involved in various restructuring and reorganization, securities issuance and listing, and offshore investment and acquisition projects. As a legal counsel, Ms. Huang has provided legal services for the establishment, investment, exit and dispute resolution of several equity investment private equity funds. During her tenure in risk management positions in equity investment institutions, she has been involved in major investment projects in new materials, infrastructure, biomedical and machinery manufacturing industries.

Ms. Huang has served as the permanent legal advisor of large state-owned enterprises, and now serves as the permanent legal advisor of many state-owned enterprises and private enterprises and has participated in dozens of litigation cases in the area of commodity trade and other kinds of complex financial risk disposal projects.

Education background

Ms. Huang graduated from Peking University with a Master's degree in Law and obtained a Master's degree in European Law from Paris University, France.
