Mr. Lu has extensive practical experience in the areas of corporate, construction and real estate, finance, contract, litigation and arbitration. Since 2000, he has provided various legal services for hundreds of enterprises and institutions as well as individuals in the areas of equity, investment and financing, commercial, criminal, civil, administrative litigation and non-litigation. He is particularly well known for his litigation and arbitration and commercial law practice. He has presided over or participated in the handling of nearly 100 commercial arbitration disputes.
