Mr. Qiu specializes in corporate and securities law practice, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment and financing, equity incentives.

Mr. Qiu has extensive experience in corporate securities practice. Mr. Qiu has been the legal advisor to several listed companies in connection with their takeovers, major asset reorganizations and M&A. He has acted as legal advisor to a few companies and large private equity funds.

Mr. Qiu graduated from Jilin University with a master's degree in law.
