Mr. Zhuo specializes in civil and commercial litigation, corporate insolvency restructuring and shareholder disputes, trust disputes.

Mr. Zhuo has excellent performance and extensive litigation skills in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, corporate bankruptcy restructuring and shareholder disputes, and trust disputes, and has successfully handled more than 100 litigation cases and non-litigation projects in these areas, including dozens of litigation cases involving over RMB 100 million.

Education background

Mr. Zhuo holds a Bachelor of Law degree as well as a Master degree in Litigation Law from Nanjing University.
