Mr. Tong specializes in Private equity fund formation and investment, M&A, corporate restructuring and IPO.

Mr. Tong has extensive practical experience in private equity fund establishment and investment, M&A, corporate restructuring and listing. He has led and participated in dozens of cases of major asset restructuring, M&A, and IPO of listed companies. He has also acted as legal advisor to several private investment funds and has been responsible for and participated in the fund raising, establishment and major investment of a few private equity funds, which have been highly evaluated by all parties.

Education background

Mr. Tong graduated from the Law School of Jilin University with a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law.

Mr. Tong is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
