Ms. Shi specializes in international arbitration, international construction, and international investment. She is experienced in applying international legal rules and providing effective legal solutions to both domestic and international clients.

She has participated in or led international construction projects in the UAE, Brazil, Mexico, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Vietnam, the Philippines, among others, as well as outbound investment projects in Hong Kong, Germany, Italy, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Ms. Shi has handled cases administered by major arbitration institutions, including HKIAC, SIAC, LMAA, LCIA, VIAC, and CIETAC. The disputes involve cross-border M&A, foreign investment, international trade, international construction, bank guarantees, and intellectual property.
