On July 3, 2024, Ananda Drive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation "Ananda", stock code 603350), for which T&C Law Firm acts the issuer’s lawyer, was successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Ananda has always had the vision of "committing to becoming a world-leading provider of electric two-wheeler electric drive solutions". Ananda is issuing 29 million shares this time. The issue price is 20.56 RMB, and the total amount of funds raised is 596.24 million RMB.
