On January 16th, partners from Mori Hamada & Matsumoto Mr. Takuya EGUCHI and Mr. Shigeru ISHIMOTO paid a visit to T&C Law Firm. T&C Law Firm’s managing partner Mr. Zhang Jingzhong represented the firm in welcoming the visitors and held a business exchange seminar, along with management partner Jiang Guoliang and partner Kang Shi from T&C Law Firm Shanghai office.

On the afternoon of the 16th, both sides held a business introduction and exchange meeting, in which several partners and lawyers from the Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Myanmar offices of the Mori Hamada & Matsumoto participated in the video conference and briefly introduced the local business operations and the situation of Chinese enterprises investing and cooperating abroad. Shen Haiqiang, executive director and managing partner of T&C Law Firm introduced the overall situation of the firm, and representatives from various departments and branches of the firm participated in the discussions.

The next day, a seminar on "Latest Business Legal Risks in China" co-hosted by the two firms and organized by the Hangzhou Japan Business Association was successfully held. Over 20 representatives from Hangzhou Japan Business Association attended the seminar both online and offline. They exchanged ideas and discussed common issues such as project structure restructuring, risk disputes, and labor relations for foreign enterprises in China.
