Recently, the removal of Zhejiang Perfect New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhejiang Perfect”) from the “Military End User” (MEU) list by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the U.S. Department of Commerce officially took effect. Thus far, the application for removal that lasted for more than two years has finally been successful. According to public information inquiries, Zhejiang Perfect is the second enterprise to have its application for removal successfully approved by submitting application documents actively since the MEU list was announced.
