Recently, the 10th Lawyers' Congress of Hangzhou was successfully concluded. The congress reviewed and approved the "Work Report" and "Financial Work Report" of the 9th Council. For the first time, a supervisory board was established and the chief supervision system of the lawyers' industry in Hangzhou was set up. This congress elected the 10th Council, the 10th Standing Council, the 1st Supervisory Board, the 2nd Ethical and Disciplinary Committee of the Hangzhou Lawyers Association, and the leadership team of the 10th president. Also, the secretary-general and deputy secretaries-general of the association were appointed. 

Shen Haiqiang, the executive director and managing partner of T&C Law Firm, was elected as the president of this council. Fu Linyong, the managing partner, was elected as a council member of this term. Kong Jin and Huang Jie, partners from the firm, attended this congress as lawyers' representatives.
