Overview: Saudi Aramco, the state-owned oil company of Saudi Arabia, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Aramco Overseas, acquired 10% of the equity of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange-listed company Rongsheng Petrochemical with 24.6 billion RMB. Through a long-term sales agreement, it will supply 480,000 barrels of crude oil daily to Zhejiang Petrochemical, which is controlled by Rongsheng Petrochemical. Zhejiang Petrochemical has the largest integrated refining and chemical facility in China.
