Mr. Shi specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, cross-border criminal and civil, corporate.

Mr. Shi is the permanent legal advisor to several large Chinese and foreign companies, listed companies and government departments. He has provided advice and legal services to financial enterprises in revitalizing non-performing assets and financial business, handling financial disputes, preventing financial risks, corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, negotiation, etc.
