Mr. Zheng specializes in international trade, investment dispute, labour and employment, corporate and compliance.

Mr. Zheng had worked in several renowned foreign law firms and foreign companies for 15 years. Before joining T&C, Mr. Zheng was the Asia-pacific general counsel of a leading global special chemical company for 6 years. Mr. Zheng has abundant experience in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, labor and employment, corporate compliance. He is specialized in the establishment, organization and operation of foreign direct investment in China.

Mr. Zheng also has extensive experience corporate restructuring & divestiture,, regulatory & compliance for companies in the industries of special chemical, automobile manufacturing, real estate, warehousing and logistics.

Education background

Mr. Zheng holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Fudan University and an L.L.M. degree from Columbia University in New York City where he was awarded “Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar” for his superior academic performance.

Mr. Zheng’s working language is Mandarin Chinese and English.
