Mr. Huang specializes in construction and real estate, corporate, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.

Mr. Huang has extensive practical experience in construction and real estate legal services, M&A and restructuring of companies. He is the permanent legal advisor of a number of real estate enterprises. He has been involved in dozens of M&A of companies or real estate projects, and has successfully assisted clients in handling a number of major, difficult and complex cases with large subject matter.
